01Information We Collect

AddMeFy collects the information needed to create and manage your digital business card. This may include your name, email address, profile photo, role, bio, social links, public profile identifier, QR/NFC profile destination, and Luma event links you choose to add.

If you sign in with Google, we receive basic account information from Google so we can authenticate your account and connect it to your AddMeFy profile.

02How We Use Information

We use your information to operate your account, display your public profile, generate profile links and QR destinations, support NFC sharing, protect the service, troubleshoot issues, and improve AddMeFy.

03Public profile content

Information you publish on your AddMeFy profile is intended to be shared. Anyone with your profile link, QR code, or NFC card may be able to view it. Do not add private or sensitive information that you do not want others to access.

04Sharing and Service Providers

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with vendors that help us run AddMeFy, such as hosting, database, authentication, analytics, and security providers. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect users, the product, or our rights.

05Cookies and Authentication

AddMeFy may use cookies or similar storage for sign-in sessions, security, and basic product functionality. Some authentication features may not work if these are blocked.

06Data Retention and Control

We keep account and profile information while your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may update your profile information from your account pages.

07Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect account and profile data. No internet service is perfectly secure, so you should use care when choosing what to publish on your public profile.

08Privacy Policy Update

We may update this Privacy Policy as AddMeFy changes. The updated date on this page shows when the latest version took effect.
